For the most part, these combinations strengthen and heal the respiratory system. But combinations such as mint with ginger or lemon significantly benefit the digestive system from nausea, indigestion, flatulence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Valerian for sedative action significantly increases its properties in combination with hops, while reducing the tendency of valerian to upset the stomach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Garlic for lowering blood pressure and better blood circulation works perfectly with chili peppers, ginger, basil, oregano, turmeric, rosemary, coriander and parsley. In fact, the synergy with oregano or turmeric does not concern the blood circulation but the significant strengthening of the immune system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Cinnamon is a powerful anti-inflammatory, cures muscle aches and joint pains, while fighting cellulite and fluid retention, even better in combination with rosemary, orange, lemon, marjoram, geranium, rose and ylang ylang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Basil will<strong> enhance memory and brain function<\/strong> in combination with rosemary, geranium, lavender, sage, cedar and eucalyptus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">For protection against <strong>insect bites<\/strong>, the combination of eucalyptus, citronella and lemon is ideal. You can replace the lemon with geranium, cedar or lavender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">For <strong>gynecological<\/strong> <strong>problems<\/strong>, the combination of sage with marjoram and chaste tree is ideal. Other herbs that go well with sage are lavender, rose, cedar, lemon and geranium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">The treatment of <strong>skin irritations<\/strong> is ideal with a combination of geranium and calendula, while calendula works perfectly with chamomile and lavender even for the sensitive babys skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Aromatic combination for <strong>toning<\/strong>, <strong>confidence<\/strong>, hair loss, skin diseases is geranium with rosemary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>For stress relief<\/strong> and optimism, the essential oils of jasmine, rose, neroli, citrus and ylang ylang combine perfectly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">The combinations are many and of course depend on your body, as not all herbs suit us. We carefully choose the combinations so that we are not allergic to any herb but also to have the desired result. We do not overdo the dosages and we consult our personal doctor.
