Arnica – Arnica Montana
Arnica is one of the most widely used herbs for its analgesic action and the relief it offers to aching muscles. Of course, it belongs to the herbs with limited use, such as mandrake due to the toxicity of the herb and the use that is limited only to external and never to internal.
