During the summer months it is easy to keep an herb healthy on our balcony or in our garden without much effort, especially the Greek herbs which do not need constant care. In fact, fresh herbs and spices when used directly from the pot, have a much more intense taste, aroma and have retained much of their essential oil!
Black pepper is not by chance the king of spices, known since antiquity with a variety of colors in the trade, which in fact are not different fruits, but the same in different stages of development and different processing! But why is pepper such a special spice with properties that would be envied by herbs?

Cumin, an aromatic spice which could be characterized as one of the medicinal herbs due to its many healing properties, offers an impressive number of benefits to the human body.
