Linden – Tilia
Linden, is one of the herbs that we will find under many Latin names, but with the same or similar beneficial properties. Particularly well known are the varieties, Tilia cordata, Tilia parvifolia and Tilia platyphyllos.
The main use of linden is the consumption of the infusion from its flowers. It is especially beneficial for the nervous system, as it is soothing, calms and fights stress.
